About William Truderung

William Truderung was born and grew up in a small northern Ontario town, eventually moving to the Toronto area (where he still lives) to gain a diploma in “Industrial Instrumentation Engineering Technology,” which was of some use in his career — mainly for the doors it opened, not the specific knowledge acquired. He has an interest in a great many subjects, and over the years has built a personal library containing thousands of books, spanning almost the entire Dewey Decimal system.

William had been interested in science fiction from an early age, and had devoured his father’s extensive collection of SF books by the age of twelve. He is particularly fascinated by the idea of “alternate history,” and so when he read Eric Flint’s book 1632 it quickly became one of his favorites.

Note: The authors articles are sorted alphabetically. Because we spell out numbers, "four" comes before "one." This isn't a misteak, it's a decision. :-)
